Choir
Music has always been a very important part of our church. We believe music is one of the principle ways God wants us to worship him and express our devotion and love to him. Our music is high quality, and we use various instruments. We still use an organ and piano in the two services. Our choir shares a song with us most Sundays. In all the services, the songs are uplifting. If you like music, you will love the music at ELC.
Our church has currently two choir ensembles. They are the Cathedral Choir (adults) and Chapel Choir (children/youth). The Choir rehearsal schedule is: Cathedral Choir - Wednesday at 7:30 PM and Chapel Choir - Sunday at 9:00 AM
All the rehearsals take place in the choir room.
NEW CELEBRATION CHOIR/BAND -- The Celebration Choir is open to all who wish to sing or play contemporary christian music. This group leads the music for our new 10:45 AM Celebration Worship Serivce on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. They rehearse on the 2nd and 4th Sunday after the 10:45 service. Deborah Zacher is the Celebration Choir Director.
